E-DATA Corp (EDTA)

I just contacted the TA for EDTA, Pacific Stock Transfer, and spoke to a Danielle Case (702-361-3033) She indicated that they had just recently (2/17) become the TA. She gave me the following stock info:

Issued and Outstanding 21,617,107 shares
Restricted 9,416,245
Float 12,200,862

She also gave me the general phone # she had for E-DATA, 516-484-4400 which I called. The receptionist answered the phone referring to "SANDATA".

I asked to speak to someone regarding EDTA (referencing my call to the TA). Was transferred to the company secretary (an older woman). When I gave her the reason for my call, she said she didn't thick E-Data "was around anymore". I referenced the Kaba acquisition which she claimed no knowledge of. She seemed a little nervous.

This company is located at the same address listed for EDTA on the otc markets site.
