Respectfully, I greatly disagree with the assessments that you have shared regarding EDTA. There was absolutely no front-loading going on here with EDTA which can be confirmed by looking at the volume dating back since Oct 2016. If you take away the two days when it popped with having over 2 million shares traded for those two days, the volume was very minimal. See this within the link below:

I think you missed my point about the 2017 website indication on the Kaba website. I'm saying that such info was there in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017. My point was that they review their website annually and had not removed the info there within their website as of 2017. If it wasn't true, then I think they would have deleted it by now.

To add, the OTC Markets profile was just updated this Jan 2017 with the EDTA website going to the Kaba website. If that was an error, I think it would have been fixed by now.

If you dig a little more, I think you will find the smoking gun that will one day be revealed in my opinion, but not by me. I'm going to continue to take the risk and stand by the research I had posted below:
