Maybe its just me but i somewhat see it as a good sign of things to come. Its common knowledge and recently pointed out that most of the OTC companies don't even file. Yet they filed paperwork today indicating they were going to be filing & within a reasonable time frame. To me that makes for good management and implies their could be worthwhile positive information that will be in the filing. Let them dot their I's an cross their T's. Just my op onion tho.
