Thanks for that information. As a followup, one of the boys who testified along with his mother attends high school with my children. I became friends with them as the whole school, township, community, city, sports teams, media, etc, rallied around Billy. He WALKED out during homecoming ceremony - he never walked for years prior to that - and to everyone's amazement and tears of joy, he was given a standing ovation and special recognition and crowned King for the day. A truly remarkable story - these parents of the boys (only affects boys) and the patients just would not take No for an answer!

I've often thought about that as a possibility for our drug A2-73 if they tried to deny approval.

Billy is a hero, as are others. He will live a better longer life. Had I not seen it with my own eyes, all the support for this young boy's right to a better life, I would have not believed so much good in the world.

All the kids in school wrote letters, we all signed petitions...seeing a child walk(!) and knowing it could be one of yours - heart healing miracle. They live 2 miles away and I will follow Billy through his life's journey which I hope is long and wonderful. I keep in touch with his mother, Terri - follow her for this amazing story!

If A2-73 is not approved, she can give me guidance on how to try to persuade the FDA. Interesting note: they are now traveling to Australia(!) where the trials began to meet the team that made it possible!

Glad you supported the company by owning stock just as we are all supporting AVXL in the same way.
