I'm NOT only focused on DoD or have I ever said that, just ref that in the post you replied too.

SFOR's IP will be used around the globe both in govt. and commercial sectors!

The keystroke encryption and MF/OOBA patents that ACS uses are $SFOR products. Yes, we don't know 100% for sure with the DoD and I never said that either.

Effective January 28, 2016, Cyber Safety, finalized the purchase of the option to buy the keystroke encryption patents and Intellectual Property related to the GuardedID and MobileTrust software pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Asset Purchase Agreement for a purchase price of Nine Million Dollars ($9,000,000), which may be paid in the form of a promissory note due by and no later than September 30, 2020.

Mr. Kay said ACS doesn't own the keystroke encryption patents yet until they pay the 9M, but since the deal has been finalized with promissory note, $SFOR cannot sell to anyone else unless not paid by 30 SEOP 2020.
