I would argue this is an early indication of the upcoming increase in Authorized. Most original warrant holders bought with the facts being they could easily purchase a block of warrants and down the road, convert into some serious shares...not that is going to be 1/3 of that total....

Investors do not like when the are misled.....to establish a share structure and then turn around in less than half a year after listing on NASDAQ and attempt to completely change the structure is likely ticking off investors. This goes back to my earlier comments on the board regarding our listing agent....a better agent would have foreseen the lack of liquidity/room within such a small share structure and would have advised on allowing room/more shares in the share structure...

In the end, just appears to be yet another misstep by management/leadership in what is Sigma labs...
