Gold49er, excellent post...should be stickied!!! If you go directly to my many earlier posts (by clicking on my name) you will find that I have posted several times from the United States Patent Office website the daily results of IPR cases. Notice how many are 'settled' or 'dismissed' daily. More frightening for all the naysayers on this board though, is the fact that any of you who do further due diligence on your own you'll realize that ALL, not some, not many..let me say that again...ALL (as in 100%) of the UTILITY PROCESS PATENT OWNERS HAVE WON in an IPR case when they have utilized the patent...not 99%, not 95%...100%!!!

I guess I understand why Ropes and Gray went 43-0 last year and took on 4 SFOR patent cases and are heading up the other 3 SFOR IPR cases...they pick their battles carefully!

ZPaul, we understand what you mean by VALUE INVESTMENT, not stock play!!!
