"If" Jimmy is real, how'd he even come across getting this position in the first place. Do you have to be part of some kind of club or something; or have slimy OTC friends or something. Maybe be part of a secret society and the oath goes something like this: I [name] solemnly swear to pump my stock and intentionally rip off all my shareholders and my investors for as much as I possibly can for as long as I can without getting caught for any future company I may acquire.... something like that
