no r/s proposal because they dont control enough votes to pass one
and i was wrong damaje has been collecting salary since 2016
and it looks like his loc was indeed repaid and they are debt free
still it looks like they tried to do this last offering to offset holdings sellout
then they would have had the 25m votes needed for control
but it didnt close holdings made sure of that
tomorrows numbers will be revealing
is there 150m or 176m outstanding?
accumulated deficit of $35m?
a loss of $4.2m for the quarter will equal the loss for all of 2015
think about that
