1/ I agree..people will seek you out if you offer more than just another burger
2/ I think you want to do more than sell software..by establishing a modelm that works (provides profit) you are creating a market for the software. The software is useless without a demand for it.
3/ Can be either but again I think the model must operate profitably or there will be no one buying equip
