I want to thank you all for your interest in this project. I thought I would ask some questions that may get you thinking about the business the way I do.

1. Often economic success can be had by finding the rules that can be broken. (is location, location, location really a rule. often it simply means that margin is transferred to the real estate owner instead of shareholders) as an example.

2. Is uWink a restaurant concept or is it a software play?

3. Is it a franchise play or an equipment selling play?

4. With all the screens and media what about advertising and product placement as a non customer revenue source?

5. There are thousands of underperforming restaurants that can be had for the price of taking over the lease. With kitchens, restrooms and licenses in place how long does it take to convert?

6. Fun and food has always been linked. Can we make strangers have fun together?

Just some things to think about.
