I'm sure it's not what everyone wanted to hear, but it's fairly positive news in my mind. At least it's confirmation of what is really happening from someone other than Marco. Who, let's be fair, can most certainly be thrown further than he can be trusted.
At least we know that he really is working on becoming current. Hopefully the new firm will close on it.
I'd say that if anyone had interest and believes this company is worth an investment. We could move up a couple tics on this news alone. Hopefully more will follow and the new firm will sign off on 2014 without having to dig into an unwilling companies financials.
