Our trust? - he never lost mine. What you're referring to was - and I trade BB and a few OTC stocks for a living so I understand how investors often hang on every word in a CC - a non-event - and obviously subject to interpretation.

I understand it was a serious issue for you. I'm a technical trader, and rarely, a fundamentalist. When I do go "long" like with MYDX (and I've still traded whole positions along the way) it doesn't hinge on relatively minor matters - neither fundamental or technical. In any case, If I thought a CEO was unethical or incompetent I would simply sell or avoid and leave it at that.
