To the best of my knowledge, the assertions that LQMT has a right to use Eontec's formulas in the field of consumer electronics are not supported to a statement confirmed by either Eontec or LQMT. Rather, such assertions appear to rely on rumor and supposition.

Funny how you say 'to the best of my knowledge' but don't give any statements to support your claims.
So then its your own assertions that appear to rely on rumour and supposition.

Once again, Apple 'signed-off' use of CIP to Eontec with the exclusion of CE.

While Eontec IP has NO such restrictions. Apple did NOT gain or pay for any rights over EON IP.
