I talked with Matthew yesterday. I inquired about the lack of PR on last week's allowance. He asked if it was on their site and I said yes. I also mentioned that previous PR's were issued when allowance was granted and not when fees were paid so there appears to be a delay perhaps due to an NDA. He didn't touch that comment at all and asked for my number and said he would get back to me by end of day today.

I suspect we will see PR before he calls me. I hope anyway.
