This particular study says that they are "less dangerous than traditional forms of smoking." It doesn't say that "vaping is safe." There is a difference. Vaping is still dangerous, allows people to chain smoke/VAPE, and will eventually turn out to be more dangerous and addictive than traditional smoking, because people erroneously believe it to be safe. Vaping is not safe.
