Below is the link to the SEC's discussion re: quiet periods. It does not mention anything about partnerships, mergers. Ditto the previous post yesterday about the unofficial view of quiet periods.

The lack of news has nothing to do with these subjects ... Dr. M will release information when he is good and ready ... and for those who don't like it, you have complete freedom to SELL!!
