The SEC has no apparent pattern for suspending delinquent registered filers. Some SEC Registrants can be delinquent only one year to receive an SEC Suspension and subsequent revocation of their stock registration while some SEC Registrants are delinquent up to 7 years before the SEC takes action. Of course, the SEC should have a predictable timeframe template for delinquent SEC Filers to file or automatically be suspended, but that has not occurred.
Once the SEC does suspend a stock for being delinquent in filing Financials and other filing obligations it is too late for the company to remedy the delinquencies, and in 100% of all SEC Suspensions for delinquent Financials ALL the suspended stocks had their registrations revoked....ALL of them, no exceptions.
So, although Parabel Inc. has so far avoided the SEC guillotine, if and when the SEC does suspend the stock the SEC Admin Law Judge will not accept any excuses and the PABL stock registration would be revoked.
