SEC has been increasing stock trading halts it seems. They most recently halted $AXST for being delinquent with their SEC filings https://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions/2017/34-80518.pdf

Renee, have you also noticed an increase in the amount of companies that the SEC has been halting recently?
