P.S. The only "delusion " here is the CEO, what is happening is dilution.

I think the CEO is excited about what's happening, so he wants everyone to know. I don't mind some delusion, as long as it benefits the company. We all take the chance paying the game, down in stinking pinky land. It's nice when you come across a winning ticket tho. Last one I played I got out on the skin of my teeth, and right after 50 billion shares hit the market...that was a close one! P $M. On another note you can make $15,000 in one day :)
