The report you cite is replete with bearish indicators. Also, if history is any guide "oversold pinchers" have been noticed before. Despite the supposed buy signal, the "overselling" continued.

A good result on the IPR for VLL would likely be good news short term anyway for MaxD longs, and a bad one -disastrous.
