If POR 6 would of passed. All commons and preferred would of been cancelled and payments would of ended at the piers. That's what they wanted. POR6 revised into POR 7 to let commons n preferreds in the play. Preferreds out ranked commons in APR and commons were at the mercy of the preferreds. U should thank the preferreds to have commons into the play.
