Read the POR 7 and compare it to POR6. Commons were going to be wiped out completely. Nada. Nothing. Extinguish. And the POR 6 would of stopped at piers. And preferreds and commons would of gotten nothing. So Preferreds and commons made a deal. You can thank our EQUITY committee for the arrangement. And being a heavy Preferred Holder only I would of voted against the commons of getting anything!!! It is of what it is. The POR passed with exceptions of APR being made.
