Simple Review of the 8K states clearly there will be no issues going forward with this deal nor funds for operational costs:

KSIX will have set contractual monthly operational costs paid from profits by DigitizeIQ, KSIX Media, Inc. and True Wireless. Other cash-flow will remain within the subsidiaries for the operations and growth
