I thought that 80% of revenues would come into KSIX after the first Definitive Agreement was signed, at least according to the agreement. OOPS !! Maybe you should read what the NT-10K says about the reason the 10-K wasn't filed .... "No Money." Again ..... KSIX doesn't have two nickels to rub together or they would have not only filed the 10-K, they would have refunded my $20K as the Board of Directors agreed to back in February. And you say "millions" are being pulled in ? ROTFLMFAO !! .......
