Charles O'Dowd has 4,000,000 share(beneficial ownership)and 5,200,000 options awards. Which he hasn't exercised. So all that equates to 5 million in EQUITY back in 2015. But you allready knew this. Your just trying to mislead future investors. Nice try thou.
