Yantai Fruit is a huge producer. This year they are expected to be able to sell 50k tons of apples produced with KWBT bio fertilizer. They are also a purchaser of KWBT products. I had a nice conversation with CEO among other things she said this:

Yantai really needs to utilize organic fertilizers instead of chemical fertilizers that support the goal of zero pesticide growth and apple quality; otherwise, the land would encounter a big problem. The farmers in Yantai feel the apple quality is getting bad (Yantai apple has more than 140 years history), they need the revolution for its planting method. Since the Chinese government regulations regarding the restricted use of chemical fertilizers, most the farmers realize the importance of changing planting method to scientific cultivation, which gives Kiwa the good opportunities. We are pleased for the JV, and the local government’s supports.
