The MYDX device and cannabis testing in general are both still misunderstood by the general public for now. Also, many laboratories appear to be envious towards the device because it could potentially take away a huge chunk of their business.

Do you know any individuals who pay labs to test their personal marijuana supply? I doubt it and for good reason. It's typically around 70 dollars cash minimum per single test, requires several grams of MJ that will be destroyed, and you have to deliver the samples in person. MYDX only requires 50mg of sample.
