"The (2nd Quarter) 10Q for period ending 3-31-17 will reflect the elimination of the $10.8 million in debt from Ordnance (division) and that is finished." (Email response received from company investor relations.)
So we should see this included within the 10-Q report which will BE released sometime within the next couple of weeks.
Anyone know if the sale of the ordnance division will be reflected in (Q2) financials?
