Meaning excatly what? Could it be they have numerous Brand Partners (BP's) aka Proctor & Gamble, McDonalds, MTV, etc. lined up who are already directly involved in the launch of Qode? Think about all the BP's our acquisitions are conducting business with currently; those whom we do know and even those that may wish not to be publicized.
I would also venture to think that Foote, Cone & Belding along with Arnold World Wide have had ample time to get their clients in-sync with the launch of Qode as well.
This in essence could create a PR opportunity for countless days to come, if NeoMedia announces agreements with each BP on consecutive news days...something which NeoMedia's PR and marketing dept's. have had ample time to strategically plan for.
