There's no other possibility at this point because Apple had the right of first refusal; if someone had thoughts to manufacture for CE, they would need Apple's consent, Apple has a continuing obligation to defend the TM and IP and they'd continue to be happy about that for a guy that invested 64 mill? He's not a little minority shareholder. He's a wealthy man with ties to the Chinese govt who was able to get an unprecedented 64 mill out of China to invest it in a penny stock company! Think about those FACTS. It seems surreal.

But here's a total Unicorn speculation - what if the two machines were a showcase for Apple to validate Apple's investment in LQMT/Eon technology? Then, Apple says, after seeing the machines in operation in California, "OK, we're a go. You showed us you can do it and now you have the machines here." Why couldn't Lugee just manufacture in China for LQMT, like every other U.S. corporation does? Or why couldn't he just bring in more machines now? Because he had to prove to Apple and Apple needed the machine commitment in the U.S. And what? Now, they can't even do a scripted Q1 c.c. with no questions, as they have been, because "mum" is the word? Remember that gamesc showed the Eon info had been pulled? All those photos that they didn't want seen in the U.S., so as not to tip anyone off as to how complex this deal was? Aliens UNITE!

But hey, stranger things have happened...I mean, the Lugee deal was NOT a "scam out of China" and this blew passed ".1467 high" for 2017. Go figure.

One other thing - Lugee IS Liquidmorphium. Apple was pissed about the name similarity. Cat is out of the bag. Apple was involved in the Lugee deal and the intro whether they are looking to potentially invest in LQMT - hard to say - but what does it say about Professor Lugee if he essentially took on Apple and came out in the position he did? Wow. .1467 indeed. wink

In all seriousness, I know enough about Chung to know he's been waiting a long time and, in my opinion, he didn't buy in the way he did out of loyalty and the time he did in November, with the 6 month lock-up, was an attempt to make this "old and cold." We'll obviously see, but it's hard to dismiss the Chung acts.
