and put in a right of first refusal for the whole company as a back up, in case it took off.

That's false. They put in a right of first refusal, so they wouldn't be giving up the IP to just "any" buyer. They could have bought the Company at any time, but Apple is not in the business of manufacture nor did they want to lock up the IP, so no one could have any access to it. The only people they wanted to have access to it are those they could deal relatively amicably with, so they let LQMT continue to own 100% of it.

How much do you think it would cost a buyer to buy the IP directly from Apple if Apple had bought out LQMT? It would have been a LOT more than 64 million.

So, it begs the question why they let Lugee in at 64 mill, instead of just grabbing it themselves? Interesting question - well, ask yourself, why did Apple let a buyer in who manufactures BMG's and now has access to IP in CIP? Maybe Apple just got stupid and doesn't care anymore. Eureka! That MUST BE IT!

Regardless, this deal with Lugee required Apple's consent and it also probably was the impetus for the two parties meeting up. Well, ask yourself, would just any party say, "Hey, why don't you, Eon, and you, LQMT, see if you can get a deal together?" But maybe, just maybe, if it was anyone OTHER THAN Apple, they were also too stupid to consider that Apple was a major stumbling block to getting a deal like this done.

Well, ask yourself. is it taking off?

Hard to say, as that's all relative, I guess. I guess everyone has portfolios loaded with stocks that go from .08 to .294 and climbing in
a year's time...but when portfolios go truly bonkers by the end of this year or the same time next year, that will certainly prove it's taking off. GL.
