Is the money going to only sustain the companies current operations, which means there will be further dilution down the road without any catalysts for SP appreciation? Or does the financing provide the opportunity to unlock value from the companies candidates and actually provide value for shareholders?
Is the group that provided the financing going to hold for long-term gains because they believe in the sector, IP and management? Or are they a group of poor morals and ethics, looking to dump their shares (which they paid a premium for compared to the then market SP) in the near future once they have realised/pump+dumped a 100-300% gain ($0.60-$1.20 SP)?
