FDA Approves first drug with drug trial that took place outside of US. Seen this on the news this morning. They highlighted the fundamental shift in FDA approval process for drugs with trails OUTSIDE of the US, and streamlined process for bringing drugs to market if they show safety. The Drug Company is from Japan and the drug is for treatment for ALS. Its been approved in Japan for 2 years. After considerable pressure from the public here, the FDA approved it yesterday. This bodes well for 2-73!
