3 ways Nathan can still be in Peru doing business.

1. Investor visa
2. Married to a Peruvian woman
3. A Peruvian Partner

Since WOGI cannot confirm revenues the Investor Visa would be out.

Since Nathan is already married in the USA the Peruvian wife would be out but I cannot confirm it.

A Peruvian Partner? Dr. Sam WOGI signed a 10 year contract with him so I would say Nathan can be in Peru for business for 10 years from when the contract was signed.

So IMO Nathan is legally in Peru for business because of his partnership with Dr. Sam aka The Peruvian Connection.
