lol!! They failed with their other "milestone" - Remember in the conference call last August when IR & Bill said they want "TO BE OFF OF THE OTC within 8 months from today". Yep, that didn't happen.

Oh, and another failure:

$.01 by eoy 2016, a Nickel by 2017.
