1) did they ever guarantee it would work? you're joking, right? when Dale Borland worked there, they claimed in a conference call that they would have revenue projections beginning the following quarter. Don't take my word for it, look at the transcripts. In private emails, Steve was telling people 3 years ago that Clipstream was "absolutely ready for prime time."

5) a little disingenuous, I think. About 3 (?) years ago, when you began writing about DSNY, everyone, and I mean everyone, thought the plan was that it would eliminate transcoding costs in cross platform video formats. I'm sure you did, too, maybe you've forgotten, but that's what I meant by a universal solution.

6) not your call, Big Daddy. Can you cite evidence of a stated cap on percentage of MPE revenue that will be spent on Clipstream development? If not, how can you be sure they won't spend themselves into oblivion?
