I was in the distibutor business for more than 20 years, I am not sure how creating a distribution channel cuts profit in half. In fact, it clears space by taking low volume retailers off if the service plate and allows BIEL to focus on high volume high impact business. Opportunity cost go way down when you Defer low volume business through distibution. JMO
