So who or what company does he have an agreement with to touch the plant and grow the product. And how does he know that they will be issued permit by the state of PA if there are over 300 apps and limited permits. Alsoo he doesn't even know what land he will renovate nevermind whether he can get someone's interest to use it. It really sounds like alot of smoke. Sorry, but I'm long here too and the more I hear from this guy the more concerned I get.
