Hi Will,

Talks are still ongoing with the bank, so hopefully foreclosure will be avoided. This has nothing to do with NSAV and only with CHIF if the bank can be dealt with, so no worries. There is additional land, which is not tied to the resort, that can be used for the growing operation, for which NSAV will be a landlord. NSAV will never touch the cannabis plant.
