only way this moves down is if sales are a complete flop, which I dont think they will be based on what we know from Q4 with sales of a limited amount of supply and States available available at that time and/or we see new toxic debt financing to fund the expansion. If good sales and no new toxic debt, then we go over .02...if great sales and no new debt we go .03+...if great sales and new debt then who the hell knows!
