Pure speculation... maybe a NDA with Pfizer in regards to PK/PD data and since A2-73 works better alone and now that patent is in hand, Pfizer is ready to deal since they need the combo results to protect donezpril. Is donezpril the SOC? Is Pfizer thinking it's better to have the combo (or standalone A2-73) then to lose everything if someone else takes AVXL out from under them? Is the pathway for AD approval quicker as a combo or the same as a standalone?

Perhaps, that is why Biogen was only granted testing for MS?!

A lot or ifs, ands or buts...one thing for certain, it's just the tip of the iceberg.!!!
