First rule in business is strike when the opportunity presents itself. The second rule is make sure your Ducks are in a row (labeling, packaging and supply) before initiating the first rule. You don't know nor do I that all those things you state aren't already in preparation. Right now we see no apparent dilution or conversions of notes, when in reality if this company was the scam purported to be FLUFF NEWS would be streaming wildly. The company as far as I can see did not know what the FDA acceptance would be, thus complicating or slowing down the move forward. Just my opinion. I like what I see but again that's my opinion.
