I saw that too, I believe that particular website attributes any and all activity of a company, throughout its life-cycle, to the current ticker or company name. In this instance, and if you recall, Earthlinc was a John Folger (ACYD)/Ron Brewer (Southbridge) deal (LOI), which pretty much went the way of ACYD; post merger with Wialan.

In short, I don't think Wialan has any residual interest in this matter; outside of the blurb below, in its one and only joint financial with ACYD:

"Also, during the third quarter of 2013, 20,000,000 shares of Company's common stock were issued to Southbridge Advisory Group, Inc. for money loaned to the Company..."
