let's get real Attila. People retire from govt. they get a fat pension. they collect that and make more money in the private sector. they do that by finding a job with BP or by working for AVXL. our guy chose AVXL.

as for the pharmacy work, anyone who knows this profession knows you can get a job for as much or little hours as you want. It is sort of a 6 figure blue collar job. you work the hours and go home and forget about it. so it is perfectly logical that if you are a pharmacist and still looking for that ultimate private sector job, that you would earn some 6 figure pocket money in your spare time. plus there might also be a professional requirement to work a number of hours a year to keep your license, he may have worked them at the govt in his spare time as well.

so the bottom line is that it looks like Missling hired a key impact player just when AVXL could really use a guy with his skill set to handle the FDA approval process. Another smart move by the good doctor.
