No, I just spoke to all three of them in a 4 way conference call, and Larry Kristof is the CEO of Mantra Venture Group

In the documents you mentioned "company" refers to AW Solutions, not $MVTG Mantra Venture Group!!! All three of them just confirmed this to me on the phone.

The next 10-Q and 10K will show the CEO signature of Larry Kristof!!!
