I never said that was what I traded. That was a hypothetical. But $1500 rarely moves you up a tax bracket. $1500 30 times might move you up a tax bracket where you'll pay extra taxes on the money you go over by. If you're stopping yourself from making money because of tax brackets but plan on making a lot of money down the road I suggest you open an excel sheet and compare how those numbers look side by side. Especially when you can reinvest and let's say make 6% return per year on the money you already have. I'm willing to bet, there's a significant difference. Just my opinion and advice to you.
