Cyber Safety purchased their option to buy our GuardedID Ò patent for $9,000,000 to be paid by September 30, 2020. At December 31, 2016, the Company does not have an estimate if Cyber Safety will exercise its option to make the purchase. Cyber Safety will also resell the Company’s GuardedID Ò and MobileTrust Ò products, for which the Company will receive a royalty, while the Company retains an unlimited license to resell those products.
