I can't answer for anyone else and never question why others don't buy shares at different price levels. Why didn't they buy in the trips like I did? I just don't know.

Their purchase only showed up in the 10-k. Therefore happened in the Q4. That's what I do know. They purchased shares for a reason and may be accumulating at this moment. Maybe they see value in the company now and are spending what they can afford on shares.

In most rational cenerio, when execs. purchase common shares it's because there must be something positive going on and they believe in the company. Would you purchase $100's thousands of shares if the company were going to tank? I certainly wouldn't.

This is only one piece to the puzzle. But an important piece it is.
