I agree on that too.
Buying the green laser is a good thing.
But it's not the right time for that.

It's a new rabbit hole.

We want to see all the work going on to the sales LOI.
Now buying the red laser would have sent the PPS over .01

Show us inventory being built to satisfy $20-50mm in potential sales.
Show us the first graduating sales class out of NJ.

This green LOI is a sweet heart deal. It could have been done anytime.

The use of LOIs is so stink pink today.
I think it hurt the Company and shareholders.

Makes me want to take a hard look at Schoengood's past.
I was just focused on the product and technology, but now the CEO is my interest.
